"The staff where very nice and very polite. The hotel was clean. What I didn't like was that it is now contactless payments for everything in hotel. Also it was cold in the bar and only had plain crisps which are very expensive. Also limited bottle of beers which where not very cold."

"Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "
