"Our stay was very enjoyable and situated in a great place to see the Christmas illuminations. All staff were really friendly and polite and everything was very well organised. The food and dining area was perfect and the entertainment in the evenings was fantastic. Very convenient parking. Overall fantastic stay but if I had to find one very small and petty negative it would be the bathroom needed a blind , however 10 out of 10 and we will be returning. "

"The staff are a credit to the hotel, it was reading previous reviews about them which was the deciding factor for us in staying at this hotel, i can honestly say everybody was lovely. beds were nicely comfortable. Breakfast had plently of choices. Trams outside the front door. We would happily stay here again when we visit in the summer."
