"Stayed for two nights in the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was really good. Plenty of restaurants etc. around. I was disappointed that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. I didn't check or even think to when booking so i dont hold against the hotel. The room we got was small and the ceilings were very high. It was kind of strange. Parking was kind of a pain but it is the city. We enjoyed the free coffee. Price was quite a bit better so i cant complain. "

" This property was perfect for a visit to Philadelphia-within walking distance to all historical sites and an easy Uber ride to other points of interest. Particularly outstanding were the staff, from the reception/concierge to the dining room staff to the cleaning staff, who were warm, welcoming and polite and embodied the essence of “the City of Brotherly Love”!"

" I called weeks ahead to be positioned near the rest of our team, I was told it was not a problem. WHen we got there we were not on the same floor. Parking for the hotel was not clear, drove around the block several times to find the tiny sign for valet. Requested late checkout, each time we asked, which were prior to check in, at check in , told to do so the morning of check out, then told to come back after 7 all answers were not the same and then we were told we could check out at 1pm.... we got back at 12:45 and our room key did not let us in the room. "
