"Stayed here with wider family, the staff are welcoming and being able to use the facilities before check in time is really helpful when the party is travelling from different places. The rooms were clean and the lounge area was spacious with a good menu. Breakfast food was good quality but service was slow and limited ‘help yourself’ item options (possibly it was busy and there was a lack of restocking). Overall we would stay again. "

"We had a great stay here. We were at the top in a huge room with a large walk-in shower. It was clean and comfy, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. There's a games room in the basement with sofas, a pool table and table football, and it was nice to socialise with other guests for a bit. It's well situated for the Wishtower part of the seafront and we had great views from our room."

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

"We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our short stay at Ravilious in early April, 2025. Chris and Caroline make all their guests feel so welcome and were so helpful with local knowledge and dining recommendations. The Hotel is superb….a lovely traditional Eastbourne property but with all the modern accessories you could need. Breakfast was delicious freshly cooked food and with so much choice. Parking near the hotel is so easy - either in the free parking or if needs be using a daily permit....
