"What a find; in the middle of all that Boston has to offer "

"The hotel itself was amazing! I could recommend that the staff be a bit more friendly. They paid no attention to me standing at the locked door the night I arrived as it was locked after certain hours, but as soon as another person came in they came running to the door as they seemed to know her. I had buzzed the after hours several times and they ignored me standing there. I was also disappointed with the lack of amenities on site for the people who like to have water and snacks but don't want to have delivery. When I was checking out I spoke to one man and another interrupted and took over, which I thought to be very rude! And while a customer was having a discussion with a desk person the other 3 were watching and I stood waiting for help for a long period of time before they finally decided to help me. The hotel is amazing and I would like to stay again but the staff could use some help with customer service!"

"This is my new favorite hotel! I love the artistic design, the coziness of the room and ambiance cast by the lighting, the simplicity of the in-room heating system, the striking city view from the dual windows on floor 6, and a real room key (no key card)! I can’t wait to stay here again. Also, great location next to the Aquarium T stop and across the road from the Black Rose Irish pub."
