"The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London."

"Lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Couple of negative things. 1. The walls in the rooms look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

"Overall, this hotel was great. It was nice and quiet a night and the room was spacious. It is far to the nearest grocery store so be prepared to either walk or take the bus. We definitely took the bus and underground to get around. It was located next to the park which was beautiful even in October and not too far from Camden Market. "It is close to the ovo arena and you can just hop on a bus and it’s about 25minites. The rooms are small but have enough space if you’re there for just the night or two. You can hear other rooms toilet going off and the drains are connected so the smell travels into your room as well. The breakfast is good. And staff are very polite however if you get there after 11 after an event you will have to wait for someone to turn up and give you your key back. "
