"Just 2mins walk from the central train station. Great value for money with breakfest buffet included. If breakfast time could be lengthen to 1030 or 1100 for weekdays as well, that will be much better. The choices of breakfast buffet were more than expected. Really don’t like the no door design at the shower, have to be very careful when having a relaxing shower/.\"

"The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "

"The hotel room was excellent (we had standard rooms) , staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel bars and restaurants were good. 8th floor had wonderful views across Vienna. It was also very convenient- could walk easily to the city centre and the major sites. "

"The hotel is steps away from the main train station, which is very valuable when travelling by train through Europe. It is also very convenient for trams and subway. Add to that that the hotel is high end and at a good price and this is a bargain."

"I had a really lovely stay, it was really convenient with easy Ubahn access and transport for the airport. The room was really comfortable and well laid out. The bed was ready comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! I could leave my suitcase in the luggage room aftervi checked out in the morning and had an evening flight. I think I will come back next time im in Vienna!"

"Hotel has a fun concept with the record player in each room and free borrowing of records from the lobby. No checkout. You just take and return anytime. Lots of places to eat nearby. "This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. "The hotel is well-located, right next to the Rathaus tram and subway station, which puts it a mere 10 minutes walk from the museumsquartier or the parliament. It's well kept and clean, beds are comfortable, the showers are good. But the service is not up to par.
