"Staff are very friendly and helpful, in fact, amazing! Even the housekeeper greeted us. I would suggest getting a room on the front side of the hotel as trains run all night and the tracks can be seen from rooms in the back of the hotel. The room walls are thin, our neighbors were not loud but conversations and the TV can be overheard. This may be due to the option of adjoining rooms. Needles is a small town but overall our stay was nice."

"The people were nice, but the breakfast was the same thing every day there was no change would’ve liked to seen something different. The biggest problem was we were at a football tournament and me and my boy were at the field and my other friend and his son were at the apartment hotel And must’ve been a little loud at that point in time he got a nasty phone call from must’ve been another resident either below or somewhere close that was able to call our room and was very passive aggressive to it...
