"We decided to visit Buxton during our free days in the UK. What a treat. We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our needs and in a great location. Communication with Lorainne was OUTSTANDING and she made it very easy for us. We enjoyed getting out to do a bit of hiking and then spent both of our nights enjoying the amazing food and drink at The Old Sun inn. So wonderful there and a short walk from the apartment. We would certainly visit again and stay here. Thank you for your hospitality!!!!"

"Spent three nights at Rowan cottage and had the most wonderful time. The cottage is lovely - clean, cosy and incredibly well equipped. It was very cold whilst we were staying but we were perfectly warm with the excellent central heating and two fabulous wood burners. We had dinner at the Waterloo Inn and then walked to Hartington the next day and then along the river to Dovedale on the third and loved it all. Jane was a fantastic host and incredibly kind and understanding when we were snowed in...

"Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay."

"Stayed here for 2 night's in June and loved it, the place is warm and welcoming, the bed was massive and comfy with plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was easy to use and very clean, definitely stay here again. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cooked how you like it, the host was friendly and veey helpful."
