"A lovely hotel which is masked by a traditional pub frontage. The rooms which are at the back of the pub in a purpose built buildings are spacious and clean. The pub has great live bands on every Friday and Saturday evenings. "

"Last minute trip away & we found a gem! Dog friendly bedrooms, beautiful building, non pretentious, great food, pianist on Saturday night, staff with personality that couldn’t do more for you & a packed lunch to fuel the days walking - not quite sure what else I could ask for! "

"Very much enjoyed our two night stay at the Old Hall. We had the spacious suite on the top floor which was accessed by a narrow, twisting staircase. Not recommended if you have mobility issues. The hotel is well positioned between the pavilion gardens and the crescent. It’s also 200 yds from the Opera house. Good bar and dining facilities. Would definitely recommend."
