"Well worth a stay if you’re flying from Heathrow "

"This hotel was perfectly situated for our family of 4 (teens and adults). We walked or caught the bus to everything we wanted to get to. Can't beat the views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurant and cafe options within a very short walk. Hotel also has breakfast buffet available for a fee, as well as a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Well lit, nice shower, tv, hair dryer, kettle, mugs with tea and coffee service, water glasses. The higher up you stay, the better the views, but the longer you wait for the elevator. We took the stairs as much as possible to avoid the long waits. Rooms were ready for us when we arrived. Concierge service looked after our bags after checkout so we could get in sight seeing on our last day before heading to the airport. Overall so happy we chose to stay at The Tower Hotel!"

"We flew from Australia (over 26 hours) and arrived at approximately 11am. Our room wasn't ready, however we were offered a different room for an additional fee. We decided to take this room. It was on the first floor facing the street. The room was quiet and clean. We appreciated the kitchenette with a small fridge. We liked the location as it was close to a small supermarket, train station and several pubs. We were able to walk to many attractions including Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace."
