"I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again."

"I try to stay at the Renwick every time i visit NYC. Each stay is absolutely perfect. The hotel is so nice….clean, comfy beds, excellent decor. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.
