"This was great. Flew in from far East and had no door key to my apartment late. I was able to book right away and got a much needed comfy warm rest. Everything was clean and in order. It was No fuss no muss no problems. Since they are in the neighborhood my guest can be directed to them when they visit me. "

"This was truly a beautiful experience. The staff for the most part were nice, friendly, and professional. It was relaxing and it’s so cute inside. I love a hotel with personality!
