"Came for business purpose to Tokyo We stayed at the main building and got upgraded to the junior suites The services are impeccable! The front desk was super efficient , concierge was super helpful and nice. The junior suites are large and spacious, bed is very big and comfortable. The furniture in the room is a bit outdated - but I think it adds some character to the room. Everything is super clean and well maintained This is a true 5 star hotel - Highly recommended "

"I recently stayed at the ANA Intercontinental on my first trip to Tokyo as a solo traveler. The newly renovated rooms cannot be beat (I had a Premium King Suite). Combined with the location close to the lovely Minato and Akasaka areas, the multitude of quality restaurants within the hotel, and the footsteps to the Tokyo Metro system, I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Tokyo. "The Capitol is pretty much everything you can expect from a luxury five star hotel: it's clean, the staff is polite, helpful, smiling and the facilities are really new. Beds are comfortable. Location is fantastic, the subway access is within the building, and not too far from key places. Couple of things where I humbly think they can improve: 1) the breakfast is good but lacks a bit of choice. 2) meals and beds are not included for children...
