"From convenience to great staff and service, this hotel has it all! This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property on the magnificent mile. Everything from the condition of the hotel to the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the hotel staff was on point and great as usual! The historic, beautiful indoor pool is always nice to come back to and relax in after our day of shopping. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It is our favorite place to stay in Chicago and we will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back into town. Please keep up the great work!"
