"Nice hotel conveniently located 5 minute walk to Paddington Tube station. Nice bar/restaurant with very nice staff. They are going through renovations but the makeshift checkin center/desk was convenient and nice. We will probably stay there again because the Heathrow express goes directly to Paddington, making the transfer to and from Heathrow really easy."

"Dukes London is fabulous! From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel is classic and Dukes Bar is legendary. They make martinis at your table. Expensive but it’s what you would expect from an iconic spot. rooms are spacious, bathrooms large, turndown service and waters in the room. Can’t say enough about this property and the customer service. Sabrina at the front desk was the most friendly, helpful person ever and got us into the wait-list bar...
