"This was a really nice place to stay for a night on the less expensive side. They have free continental breakfast with attentive hotel staff making sure the hot food stays hot and readily available. The beds are comfortable. We were only there for 12 hours to sleep and it served us well. The tea and coffee available in the lobby was very nice amenity."

"They stay was wonderful and the staff was great at all my requests except for the extra pullows. However, as i was in my 4oom to drink the coffee the machine didnt work and there was still a used pod in the machine. The bed was nice but the tub in the bathroom was dirty and the sink clogged up so i could barely use it. "

"Have family that relocated from the northern side of Charlotte to the Matthews area so tried this hotel for our weekend visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful. The onsite breakfast buffet was kept clean and stocked, the staff was terrific (thank you, Sandra, for being so wonderful with my Dad!!) and the food was delicious. We will be back!"

"Overall it was a nice stay. A couple of attendants at the front need to work on their “warmth” and explanation of charges etc. rather than assuming all guests are all-knowing. The room we were in was clean but you could clearly see they put “bandages” over things that needed to be fully redone. The showers were kind of a mess, and really the bathroom overall. Floors looked as if they needed a deeper clean. However we slept well and enjoyed the amenities and enjoyed our stay overall. "
