The room was fantastic and had everything you need, tea, coffee, shower & my room also had a bath.Plenty of parking directly outside your room. The pub itself was lovely, the food was fantastic along with the traditional English breakfast i had in the morning. Nothing but good things to say about the Fox Inn.."

"A loverly village inn with great food and real ales. Very comfortable bed and room very clean. Shower was clean and they water hot. In all a very comfortable stay. We were, attending a wedding at Leez Priory which as 5 mins away. Local Chelmsford cabs serve the Leez so transport back was very easy. "

Our first time to this area so enjoyed some river walks and hearing interesting history of Rowhedge gleaned from the very friendly locals. We only had a short stay but got a lot in , including a trip to Wivenhoe on the riverside opposite. Will definitely rebook next time we are 'out East' ."
