"Location was very good. We had an issue with the room next to us having a party, it was handled immediately. The Manager on duty 3/27 was WONDERFUL - we arrived at about 2 am and he was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but there were very few options. They do not answer the phone for in room dining. Also, one of the bartenders was incredibly rude to a guest and said 'You are asking for too much for free' as the guest walked away when a guest had asked for some silverware butter...

"Overall a very nice hotel. Not sure I would stay at any Marriot in the future. I arrived early 8am and they were kind enough to store my bags so we can explore the city freely. Waiting close to check in time to come back and get our room and it wasn’t ready yet. Kind of disappointing. We were very tired from traveling and exploring the city on our feet. "The property is in a decently central location on South Michigan Avenue and there is easy access to red line trains within a block. Was good for the price. Only thing I didn’t like was that when I used the shower the lip of the shower was not tall at all so I got water all over the bathroom floor. "

"We missed our connecting flight at O’Hare, this hotel was close to the airport and an airport shuttle was available making it very convenient after a long day of travel with many delays. We didn’t have our checked bags and therefore didn’t have some necessities, it was late so we were unable to get them at a store so the hotel staff went above and beyond to gather things we needed for our short stay. "

"I saw a lot of bad reviews the night before I stayed (and too late to cancel), so I was nervous. I didn’t need to be, the stay was phenomenal! My room was perfect, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly, the area was safe, the hotel was within walking distance to where I had to be. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The price was right too! I checked out on a Saturday and already by Sunday, my full deposit has been returned. I did not use parking is the only thing I can’t really comment on but PLENTY of parking nearby! Definitely recommend. "

Great location!

"My family stayed here over spring break. Checkin was fast and seamless. The bellman met us at the car and took our bags up to our room. The staff was helpful during our stay. Everyone was friendly. Front desk was helpful. The bar/restaurant closed for a few days, but the front desk gave us bottled water. Hotel is nicely located near Francesca’s and Wildberry Cafe, which we enjoyed during our time. We took taxis and Ubers while we were in town. Checkout was a bit more chaotic. The Bellman did not answer multiple calls, so we had to haul all of our bags to the lobby. Valet text said my car would be ready in 9 minutes. 2 minutes later, the valet snapped at me that my car had been ready (and sitting in a space I couldn’t see). He seemed stressed though. Overall, I would stay here again. We enjoyed our time! "
