"Ok rooms for a night stay. The room was cold and heater was on but not enough for the room given. Bathroom door shower doesnt close properly. Other than that we enjoy the stay."

"The team were excellent from the minute I arrived. Room was very clean and pleasant temperature. The only thing I would have liked was pillow protectors and feel the pool access could be included for the steep cost per night of the room. Convenient parking if a little pricey. "

"I arrived at Holiday Inn Brent Cross to find the doors locked. Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer.
