"Lovely room, clean and virtually silent overnight. The location was perfect for Battersea parkrun, and for exploring London, either on foot or via the underground (station 5 minute walk away). Thank you!"

"The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."

"Staff were in all ways very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money. The only little downside was the shower which took 5 or so minutes to warm up, and was spraying in random directions (it’s non adjustable so you can’t adjust where the stream goes). This is minor compared to all the positives. I will book again if I’m in the area. "

"Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were extremely cramped, but that is to be expected in London. Overall the helpfulness and curtesy of staff made our stay most enjoyable. "

"Lifts are being upgraded so not all were working but the wait for a lift was never long. Room was comfortable with all amenities provided. A bonus was some dedicated sports channels on tv. The breakfast was average. The hotel is very conveniently situated with a tube station 100 metres away and multiple bars and restaurants being within walking distance."

"We stayed here one night at Christmas time and it was lovely all the staff we encountered were friendly and nice, they had a bar with nice drinks and food options, the hotel has a tube station on the same road and there is restaurants and pubs walkable distance it’s also walkable from Waterloo station. The hotel had lovely views of the city and we left our bags here before and after our stay with no issues "
