At the sushi bar during a game they staff refused to put the game on more than one channel indicating the staff in charge of that was off all weekend. Perhaps 15 - 20 people had to gather in one little area until a security officer got the changer and helped. I also think the staff did not review the facilities at check in. "

Every morning the staff provide snacks in containers with bottles of water inside the tables for your convenience. They have a storage cupboard for you to place all of your belongings for the day.
