A few instances where people brought their own gear from offsite and set up camp between ocean and hotel facilities, blocking the view from patrons who paid thousands for their stay. "

We also had a lot of problems with our room, 816. We had to call maintenance once for a clogged sink and 3-4 times to fix the air conditioning."
