I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! Left us completely stranded in one of the busiest weekends in Squamish. "

"The property expected our expectations. The room was fully equipped with full kitchen that had everything we needed. The bath was deep and luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food. I loved that the outdoor pool and hot tub were open even in December. "
