"The individual who checked me in was friendly, and easy going. There were even cookies available! The entire place was clean, aesthetic, and well kept, which are #1 criteria for me. The bathroom looked and smelled clean (but not overpowering), and the tub water was actually hot enough. The room windows were above average, which was extra nice; and the bed, bedding, pillows 'just right'. The general decor was clean, and well chosen colors and pieces. "We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...
