"Nice property in South Manhattan. Easy walk to wall street, battery park and multiple restaurants. Only 5 minutes to get to subway to get around the island quickly. Place is clean, and up scale. Staff was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

Additionally, people were vaping in the hallways and sometimes would sit at the benches by the elevator, at all hours, doing it so it would smell like weed. My room was right by the elevator so at one point my room was a little smoky and I was worried there was a fire but it was just someone vaping. "Cheap for the area. Room was clean, but had large stain on box spring skirt. No mirror in bathroom, only mirror inside closet door. A/C worked. As others have noted, elevators are small and often don’t work. They worked when I checked in and one was out of service when I checked out. Staff was friendly enough. "
