" I called weeks ahead to be positioned near the rest of our team, I was told it was not a problem. WHen we got there we were not on the same floor. Parking for the hotel was not clear, drove around the block several times to find the tiny sign for valet. Requested late checkout, each time we asked, which were prior to check in, at check in , told to do so the morning of check out, then told to come back after 7 all answers were not the same and then we were told we could check out at 1pm.......
