"We stayed here for a night to look around the town. The hotel is well located with an underground ar park and is about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town and lake. Our room was a good size with plenty of power sockets and working USB outlets. It was a no frills room but everything we needed, clean and modern. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful and the check in was lovely. There’s also a nice lounge too. Parking was 30CHF for the underground car park...

"A very clean hostel and friendly staff members. I forgot my slippers and walked around the room and toilet with my bare feet and didn't feel much dirt. Close to the Zurich lake with beautiful neighbourhood. It is a bit far from Zurich centre but overall a very good stay."

"Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. "Great place. It is a good central location, as Zurich, Zug, Lucerne , Chur, Appenzell and more are all about an hour's drive away. You can also take nice walks in the nearby area. The house is comfortable and quiet, has great view, and the owner's father, who lives nearby, is very helpful and informative."
