Family Friendly Hotels in West Midlands

"Our stay was good. Lovely hotel, lovely service from the staff. Check in was chaos due to a concert everyone was attending so definitely check in online when you’re given the option, I wish we had. Room was a little tatty, the bathroom door had severe water damage & the sink plug didn’t work, so the sink wouldn’t hold water so I had to keep the tap running which I think wastes water just for the sake of replacing a plug. The shower was fantastic, overhead & great pressure. Room was clean though...

"Lovely room, it had more facilities than we needed, including dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery etc. Very clean, lovely design. Very comfy bed and pillows. There was a strange noise coming from the shower throughout the night, we reported this in the morning and that have said they will deal with it."

"Rooms were good and clean, family used the pool as we had club rooms. Only thing that let it down was the request for a room with just a shower was ignored. This was an issue as I have a triple leg fracture, Will however return again as the hotel staff were friendly and provided good customer service"

"Visit Birmingham quite often and this has quickly become our go to, amazing welcome, beautiful rooms, and good bar when needed, the lounge is also great. So easy to wander down gas street or into town, can't fault it. Shout out to Emanuelle in the club lounge he is super attentive "

"Stopped several times but might be the last tiny room that stank told reception wasnt moved but was given airfreshner had to cancel 2nd night dudnt get any money back understanding as gone into second day but asked if i could have a voucher for the breakfast i had paidfor butcouldnt have as I've visited hotel before and would be back thought it would be ok got told a straight no very poor relationship. Its ok having pretty girls on reception but not if they dont know hospitality "
