"Our stay was brilliant, we came by train and arrived at 9am. Checking in staff were brilliant and rang us at 10:30 to say the room was ready! Room lovely and warm with plenty of room and good facilities. All staff in hotel were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Swimming pool lovely."

"Our deluxe room was warm with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower with a large head. The towel rail was on so the towels were warmed. Unfortunately the water was tepid when we wanted to shower in the morning. On contacting reception we were told that hot water would be available in an hour, too late for us. However, on checking out we were refunded 50% of our stay charge so felt that was very fair. Dinner in the bistro was very good although...

"Only stayed for 1 night so i was already at the airport for my flight in the morning. Literally a 2 min walk from hotel to depatures lounge. So very ideal for that matter"
