"Overall we enjoyed our stay But we found a be room was too small compared t what we were expecting. We had booked a higher grade room and did not think our room (Room 16) was the right one. Also the bathroom door lock squeaked a lot and disturbed my partner and the basin tap in the room was faulty and difficult to operate"

"A really lovely hotel, slightly dated in decor but not that it spoilt the stay. Parking was brilliant managed to charge my EV whilst there. We chose this hotel as it was close to the NEC the best priced with also a leisure centre. The staff were wonderful very polite, but not too intrusive. A perfect blend. "

"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. however the view from the room window itself was terrible bins and rundown back of building. The sink and some tiles on floor were both cracked. It had clean bed. and I liked separate sleeping room for daughter. the restaurant was timeless classic. It had beautiful bar area and nice pool. grounds were fantastic. "
