"Staff was really good on a busy Black Friday. Got our room before appointed check-in time, which seemed like what most experienced. Location can hardly be beat, but the property itself is showing its age: the carpets are suffering, and when our son took a very (very, to generate as much steam as he could) hot shower, it set off the smoke alarm in our room, the standard screeching alarm hotels have.
