"The room was large and the washroom was modern and very clean. The fridge was dirty and the shelves inside were broken. The blinds were broken so we couldn’t darken the room for sleeping. There was no way to contact the front desk, nor the manager by phone in the room- nor was the phone number on the website correct so you physically had to go to the front desk. "Excellent boutique hotel located on Rockefeller Plaza. Queen room was spacious enough for 2 of us, with large bathroom. Very quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff are always available in the lobby. They will hold your luggage before check in and after checkout, and give you access to the Living Room on the second floor for beverages, restroom, computer, etc. Filtered water and bottles available on each floor is a welcome feature."

Sparkling clean and comfortable

"The location was perfect for my appointment at NYU Medical Orthopedic (38th bet 1st & 2nd). Parking nearby on Lexington made it easy to walk to the hotel with luggage. The neighborhood has everything you need for meals and services. The hotel is sparkling clean with a very pleasant and attentive staff. My room faced the back of the building overlooking apartment buildings so it was very quiet. I never heard any street noise. My only complaint is no coffee was available at the hotel. Not in room or in the lobby either. "
