"Our room was ready on arrival (before the 2.30 check-in time too). We upgraded to a Quay View Room which was great. Really big room and a good view. Small fridge was handy. We were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked-in as a celebration for my birthday. This was really appreciated. We never used the spa at all and only had drinks in the bar area - no meals at all. Parking was easy and cost £6.50 per night. The only small issue was the hot water in the shower, which wasn't overly...

"Its a bit dated but relatively good for a short stay. Doors are heavy and old so they do slam (you can hear guests coming in and out, but condition of soundproofing is decent. Could do a refurbishment considering the roundabout access to the hotel is also doing so. "

"Staff at this hotel are excellent. We checked into our room to find the bed messy/slept in & towels on the floor of the bathroom. Clearly the room wasn’t ready for us! We were moved to another room which was ok but needed some attention! Bathroom mirror was filthy, floor dirty but we did have a clean, freshly made bed! "
