"This hotel was charming and beautiful. It was in a great location. Walkable to many sites. This hotel was maintained and very clean. Our room was a spacious room with a living area and a bedroom. There was a malfunction lock on our bathroom door that caused me to get locked in the bathroom for nearly an hour. My husband had already fallen asleep when I took a shower and could not unlock the door. I locked it to try to keep it from opening. My husband did wake up after I knocked loud enough and...

"Pleasant staff"

" Very central. Easy to walk everywhere and very close to duomo. The rooms are large with a small AC, so if you go in summer keep in mind it is hard to cool the rooms down. Bathrooms not air conditioned but large and nice. Small boutique hotel with accommodating staff and a good breakfast "

"We had the window open sonce it was nice and cool. The bar 50 feet away was a bit loud, all the way past 5 AM. Still was a great stay though "

"This place is a fairytale! Is in the heart of Florence . I was impressed from the kindness of the staff. Staying there is like sleeping in a museum you feel you are in series of Medici . "Absolutely loved staying here! The location is prime and above all the designer shops. You are central in Florence and everything is a 5 - 15 minute walk. Service was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. "
