"Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are a little small but made it work with 2A and 2C. Breakfast was plentiful and room amenities handy. Easy access to trains and a 7/11 and Family Mart super close. "

"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. Staffs speaks great English. Only draw back we requested room clean-up after 2nd night however we only got towels hanging on the front door. We would recommend this hotel!"

"Extremely comfortable place to stay at, Especially during the winter, wasn't bad at all! Beds are great, Table is great, although there is one thing to consider if you're a JR Pass User: Osaka Metro is the only convenient transportation around here, but it doesn't get covered by the Pass at all. If you want to save money, and use the benefits of your pass, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, It's a great choice to stay!"

"This hotel was the best one on the trip. Separate, large rooms and large bathroom. Great location, right across the bridge from Osaka-Jo park and its train station. The coolest view of Osaka Castle! Looks great at night too. Lots of lovely amenities and services included, would recommend getting your welcome drinks and breakfast drinks. "It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station. "
