This is a charming hotel with about a 15 minute walk to Princes Street. The room was lovely, the breakfast delicious, and the staff friendly. The only word of warning - there is no elevator so be aware before you book. We had to climb 64 stairs to get to our room, which could be challenging after a full day of sightseeing.

We had a nice staying! the Staff if very friendly and helpful, and the property is well maintained. Maybe an air-forced heating system would be more effective in winter instead of the normal radiators, but our room was warm and comfortable anyway. We also had an excellent continental breakfast at a reasonable price. Recommended!
