"We loved this hotel! Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We did not use all of the amenities, but they had a gym, laundry, communal microwave, and helpful staff. The bathrooms were stocked with a few personal care items too. It is also right across the street from a Family Mart, and a 5 minute walk from a train station. If we ever find ourselves in Tokyo again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Keio Plaza was a great place to stay to explore Tokyo. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast buffet had a really nice selection of Japanese and non-Japanese options, and the location was super convenient to get to Shinjuku station. There are also a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel, and even a 7-eleven on the ground floor."

The front desk employees are super friendly and professional. The look of excitement when I spoke Japanese during check-in was great! Top class hotel"
