"We had an amazing stay here!! The staff is absolutely phenomenal, very helpful and responsive. The property itself is beautiful and a very convenient location being so close to Montelupo train station. We used this to go in and out of the city only 30 minutes! Parking for the car was plentiful. Breakfast had lots of selection. The restaurant across the road is very reasonably priced with great local cuisine. "A bit surprised by this property. Not exactly what we expected. 5 minutes from town but they charge €30 to bring you there and back. First night arrival the restaurant on the resort was only serving wine, but we weren’t made aware of this prior and therefore had nothing to eat upon arrival. Overall, pleasant for a short stay. The resort staff were all incredibly kind and everything was nicely taken care of. We got a couples massage and that was a positive experience right on the resort. Nice...

made up for that. Its the only 4/5 star hotel near San Gimigiano i could find and the front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good."
