"The staff was wonderful, as was the restaurant food and the facilities. Of all the locations at which my wife and I stayed during three weeks in Europe, the Dom Jose was the cleanest and most comfortable. Rui, who worked the front desk, was great, as were all of the staff. The only complaint was that there was no on-site parking, which meant paid parking near the beach or parking a distance from the hotel. Otherwise, we'd visit again."

"If your after a quiet relaxing stay , its not bad with relatively good facilties. The rooms are better than average but we did have a few ants running around the bed which is not good. Unfortunetely there is very limited places to eat locally. We felt 29 euros per buffet evening meal per person at the hotel a little too expensive, had it been slightly cheaper we would of eaten at hotel a few evenings. The complex is situated between vilamora and albufiera , where all the trips and restaurants...

"Nice but a little run down. Needs a bit of maintenance here and there. At its peak it would have been amazing. Check out the small private beach just below the hotel but bring provisions for the hike back up. Breakfast buffet is very good 4 stars. Other dining options are slightly limited but you're in Algarve! Also a bit noisy at night for those who go to be early, but this is a place for adults. The staff are the best thing about this place. "

"Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms are a great size with a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The bathroom is a good size too too with a lovely walk in shower: Very nice breakfast too with plenty of options and fresh food! Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool area is gorgeous. Loads of sun loungers available and loads of space so you’re not on top of each other. It’s also right across the little path from the beach which is fabulous too. The only downside...

"Check in and check out was very smooth. All staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay. Rooms and facilities were very clean. The beach was walkable down the cliff and that provide =d much needed exercise especially after the irresistible food which we was provided in all restaurants within the hotel. Wonderful stay and will definitely go back! "

"We spent 5 nights at the Adrian Breach resort. From the moment we arrived the professionalism of the staff was amazing. Our room had a distant sea view, although we could hear the sea from our room. Room was clean, quiet and over looking gorgeous grounds. Good and drinks were lovely. The entertainment was fun, the only comment I would make it that it would be good to have more live musicians. We would definitely recommend."

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"About 15 min walk to marina, quiet location, very spacious & clean 3 bed apartment with kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Staff on reception were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Bar abit pricey for drinks but plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. "
