"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

This is one of those increasingly rara institutions where the owners are clearly doing something right. "Excellent hotel all around - great, quiet location in Roma Norte (sometimes seemed a little too quiet, we wouldn't have minded a little more city bustle) with many restaurants and a street market nearby, and close enough to the Centro Historico, Chapultepec Castle etc to make it easy to cover the major sights easily. The staff was efficient and friendly. There is a nice gym, laundry (bring your own detergent) and outdoor terrace area that we enjoyed as well. We recommend this hotel."
