"When I arrived at the place there was no one at reception. There were a bunch of guys all around inside and outside the place. I said I booked a room and they all looked at me weird and didn’t speak any English. They just led me out of the place and pointed to a different spot. It was late and dark and I was very uncomfortable and scared. I tried looking for a place they pointed me to and it was a gated residential facility. I left."

"The stay was great and the staff were very nice and professional. One observation was that the reservation was for the balcony and the actual hotel room was different. "Overall it’s a very clean room and easy access to the train station and most attraction sites. The 7 euro breakfast is fair and good value. The issue was the door to the little balcony that was open when we came in, and it’s very hard to figure out how to close it. As a hostel style, no basic furniture still hard to come by."

We brought our 2 year old pup and paid 30euros but the staff gave us a doggie bed and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Roof top was closed due to weather but the gym and garden was open. The garden area was beautiful with comfy chairs and tables to sit with family and friends for a lovely evening....
