"Lovely stay in a well maintained traditional B&B with ample parking and great breakfast. Quiet location a short walk from the promenade and and town centre."
"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the garden terrace with the room looked magical lit up at night. It was to nice to have the flexibility of having breakfast each morning.
The only negative was that it was on a busy road as this also contained residential properties.
Given that, i wouldn't hesitate to book the Braemar Hotel again as it was a very pleasant place to stay and my breakfast was cooked to order and very plentiful."
