"Not the cheapest place to stay, but reasonable by western standards, especially given the high level of service in a classic, elegant building in an excellent location. The spa services - especially the packaging of massage and hammam - were wonderful (though, again, not very cheap by Istanbul standards). The breakfast was excellent and included made-to-order eggs. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect in a high-end hotel. "

"The hotel is located right on the heart of everything, walking distance to all attractions, the metro is less than 5 min away, very safe and friendly area. The hotel has also a gym, pool , sauna and a top nothch turkish bath which we had all to our selves"

"We spent three nights at this hotel & it was outstanding in every way. A perfect location for exploring the heart of Istanbul, from Taskim Square to Galata to the Sultinate everything is walkable. The quality of the hotel is excellent but it truly is the staff which makes it shine The gentleman who checked us in around 6:30 PM Thurs Dec 19 made us feel very welcomed and offered us a choice of rooms. "A decent place and excellent customer service"

"Nice place, just opposite main ships terminal, which is very convenient. Place is updated, modern inside, rooms large, bed very comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge / desk and lamp in room, so to do some work if desired. Small fridge and safe in room as well. Arrived around 11 and was allowed early check in. All in All liked the place and recc with no reservations...Nice place."
