"I was on a trip passing through several states and two days before my reservation the manager called me saying that they were having problems with the hot water in the middle of winter and that he could not rent me the room. I understood the case and said it was ok for him to refund the reservation, but to this day they have never refunded me. This is fraud."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is absolutely gorgeous, lots of living space and an amazing swim spa. We also loved having double ovens which made making dinner for a large group so easy. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms on the lower level were not clean. The property manager did say they would bring this up with the cleaners so hopefully that gets fixed quickly Otherwise we loved our stay, the property owners quickly communicated and allowed us to have a late check...

"Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. A hotel worker finally saw that they were people waiting outside’s de the office and opened the door. No greeting or sorry for the wait. Basically was handed a key and go find your room. "Cabin was great. Everything worked as it should. The big bath tub is in the living room which was a little surprising. Hot tub worked good stayed at 103 degrees. We brought our Roku and I’m glad we did because the tv was a little outdated. But all and all it was a fun cabin to stay in. Just be aware there are bears. We had 5 right outside of the balcony. The cubs were climbing up, it was a good mountain experience."
