"Lovely hotel, perfect location in the heart of Cardiff Bay, only a 30 minute walk into Cardiff Central. Lovely big room with balcony and nice view. Buffet breakfast was really good! All members of staff were lovely."

"Had a decent 2 night stay here, a couple of small issues like having to chase staff for an extra pillow as there weren’t any in the room like there has been on previous occasions I’ve stayed here and having to ask them to refill the shower gel as it was empty. Otherwise room was very comfortable and warm. I did find it a bit annoying that they now charge for parking and you have no discount on the charge if you’re staying in the hotel, personally think you should have a slight reduction."

"Overall is good. But you can heard the noises from corridors people walking or beside rooms even they are talking with normal volume. May be the room wall partition and door are not good enough soundproof. "
