"We absolutely enjoyed our vacation here. What we loved most is the service from our private pool. We don't need to get out to get a drink. Our always ready Sammy the bartender always checks if we need anything. If we also lucked out because the resort was not crowded I guess because it wasn't peak season. The food is not bad. It's not michelin rated so do not expect much but the octopus at lobster house and the ceviche at flavor market is highly recommended. Staff are great and you are pampered....

"The property is beautiful and staff are always cleaning very early in the morning. The rooms need some TLC: hole in floor, mirror damaged,couch in the room the fabric was torn and dirty furniture. The staff made up for the room shortcomings. Pleasant and professional. Sending kudos to Lewis and Breana at front desk, Joan in the Vogue (lobby) bar. Buffet wait staff - Tamika, Prissy, Jovi ann, Oshanna, Dr. Phil. Krystal restaurant-Terranae, Beach servers - TaJohn and Orel. Housekeeping- Shantell....
