"From start to finish the staff and communication were great, the check in details were helpful and was where I could book parking. The whatsapp chat to get the parking details were quick and informative. The room was nice although we had an issue with one of the windows that didn't close fully but the reception staff were easy to reach and helpful. Using the Whatsapp chat again we were able to request late check out on the morning effortlessly. The carpark is very handy although worth noting there is a short walk to the hotel. Make sure you get the car park details from them before you park!"
