"Hotel & service was great. The rooftop bar was closed and a shame that there was no signage until we went to it, the downstairs bar was nice though and good cocktails. Not particularly impressed with the spa. I arrived at the spa reception and the staff barely looked up from their computers. When I asked for slippers I was told I had to go back to my room and get them and they would be in the safe. I did this - no slippers, so when I came back, the lady unwillingly gave me flip flops, then...

"Spent Christmas night here and it served its purpose perfectly well at a very reasonable price for this time of year in London. Very comfortable beds and good temperature control ( pretty unusual in U.K.- rooms are often far too hot). Bathroom sink could do with an update but that’s a minor quibble. Didn’t use the bar or have breakfast so can’t comment except to say the whole ground floor was clean and welcoming."

"We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hotel is in a fantastic location and having onsite parking (for a fee) was helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were disappointing. The staff working on Christmas Day were amazing. We paid to add breakfast - it was good but since there are so many other options around I am not sure it was worth the extra cost."

"Fantastic location a few minutes walk from the 02. Very dog friendly so had a wonderful stay with our two Furs, staff were so warm and welcoming to us all .Mosham ( hope I’ve spelt that correctly) was incredibly polite and helpful and made us feel so welcome arriving with dogs and associated paraphernalia!! Parking (pre booked) directly outside the main doors was a huge plus "

"Absolutely appalling service. Rude communication and they clearly aren't permitted to be renting the apartment out as all very suspicious and secretive. Staff met us down the street and would not come in to the building with us. DO NOT BOOK."

"There were three of us staying with Ben in Sept 2023. The flat is in a very quiet location in Blackheath. It is very well and attractively furnished. It has its own beautiful terrace. Central London is easily accessible by train from Blackheath station in about 20 minutes. The walk to the station takes only 10 minutes.
