Several channels were blacked out, the guide doesn't work, and being limited to only a handful of channels nowadays when at the room trying to relax and enjoy the evening was disappointing. Also the waiter with dark curly hair the very first night we ate downstairs implied that tap water was not an option, and only still or sparkling water was available. "We lived everything about this property. The service was top notch from bell service to checking to check out. Our doormen hustled cabs in the rain and were extremely attentive. Beautiful large, luxurious room with every ammenity and a fantastic view. The location can’t be beat with great shopping and dining in walking distance. This might be my favorite stay ever in NYC! "
